Raleigh has been building bikes in Britain since 1887, and its current range is focused firmly on electric. Almost every model runs a Bosch drive unit - Active Line for relaxed town and leisure riding, Performance Line where you want more punch on the climbs - with claimed ranges from around 50 miles up to well over 100 on the longest-legged models.
The Captus and Motus cover everyday riding and commuting, the Novus and Novus+ are built for distance, the Hockley is the crossbar option, and the One and One Step Through are the newer connected smart bikes. Step-through frames run right through the range if you would rather not swing a leg over a crossbar.
